Hello,

First of all I would like to say thank you for taking the time to stop by my page and hopefully you are considering me to help you CHANGE YOUR LIFE!. I would like to start telling you a little bit about myself.  Before I started this amazing journey I have always loved the whole idea of staying in shape and helping others achieve their goals. I guess I acquired my taste for fitness in the Marine Corp. I also coached football for over 7 years and through all those years I ran a conditioning camp before every season to help the players get in shape for the upcoming season. 

I’ve always been into fitness and I even helped a few of my friends reach their desired weight goals in the past as well and after all those years I decided to look into it. After months of research and finding the right program for me and long hours of studying, here I am. I have to say it has been fun but, training someone it’s learning the ins and outs of fitness to help them reach their goals. But, we are all different and you have to find the right program for each client to help them succeed. 

In conclusion, I’m here to help you improve your life and health. From wanting to lose a few pounds for a wedding, to making a drastic change in your lifestyle, get conditioned for the season(youth), changing your eating habits or just staying active, but you do not know where to start. Well let me show you the way and I promise it will be fun and you will love the results!
